Why it exists
Proper Printers run a print-tech SaaS. New clients took too long to get from sign-up to their first order, and the sales funnel wasn’t converting the demand that existed.
What I did
Product strategy as a fractional product lead. I reworked the onboarding flow so a new client reaches their first order sooner, and optimised the sales funnel end to end.
The result
Time-to-first-order dropped by 25%, and the optimised funnel added 1,200+ new clients.
